Sales Development Representative (Part-Time, Remote)

Remote (U.S.-based only) | $20/hour + $20 per enrollment | 20 hours/week

We're seeking a Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s passionate, personable, and results-driven. You'll play a key role in helping families discover our unique storytelling programs, converting warm leads into inspired customers—one heartfelt phone call at a time.

What You'll Do

• Call and follow up with warm inbound leads (parents of children ages 8–17)
• Build rapport quickly and convert interest into registrations
• Communicate the value and magic of our storytelling programs with confidence and care
• Use our CRM (Pipedrive) to track outreach, progress, and conversions
• Collaborate with a mission-driven team that believes in the power of storytelling to change lives

Who You Are

• A proven closer with experience converting warm leads into sales
• Exceptionally personable on the phone—energized by live conversations
• A natural communicator who’s empathetic, articulate, and confident
• Comfortable talking to parents and guiding them toward meaningful decisions for their child
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to daily goals

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with educational or youth programs
• Familiarity with enrichment programs or camps for kids
• A love for storytelling, creativity, or the magic of writing

Compensation & Schedule

• $20/hour for 20 hours/week (flexible schedule preferred during weekdays)
• $20 commission for each customer you enroll
• 100% remote (U.S. only)
