Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage the right prospects that match our ICP with precision, spark interest in our solutions, and lay the foundation for meaningful client relationships that support our revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll take ownership of outbound outreach by hunting for new leads, crafting compelling messaging, and securing qualified meetings that directly contribute to new business and ARR growth.
  • Your job is more than setting meetings — it’s about opening the door to real business value. You’ll initiate meaningful interactions that connect our solutions to a prospect’s needs from the first touchpoint.
  • Every call, email, or message is an opportunity to create human connection. You’ll approach outreach with empathy and authenticity.
  • You’ll dig deep to understand pain points, uncover real business challenges, and assess fit — not just to book a meeting, but to ensure we’re solving the right problems for the right prospects.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting to support the sales team in achieving Annual Contract Value (ACV) and company revenue goals.
  • Account research, Cold calling, Personalized email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, Discovery calls, and Qualification.
  • Hitting minimum KPIs (100 activities per day) but doing whatever is necessary to hit pipeline generation goals
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to pass along high-quality leads and ensure a smooth handoff process that supports closing success.
  • Work directly with your manager to provide updates, collaborate on strategy, and receive coaching and feedback.
  • Reporting on outreach activity, conversion metrics, pipeline contribution, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and personal development goals.
  • Own your performance metrics, including daily outreach activity, meeting set rate, conversion to qualified opportunity, and contribution to revenue pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of outbound appointment setting / Sales experience
  • Experience using a CRM highly desired (Hubspot preferred)
  • Proven ability to build authentic connections and spark interest with prospects through phone, email, and social outreach
  • Comfortable navigating organizations to identify key stakeholders and initiate buying conversations
  • Motivated, coachable, and proactive — always eager to grow and improve both personally and professionally
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work, with a bias toward action and continuous learning
  • Able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different personas and industries
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple touchpoints and follow-ups across various accounts
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, valuing partnership with Account Executives, Marketing, and leadership
