Compensation: Base salary (paid weekly) + Commission on shows and conversions (paid monthly)
As an Outbound SDR at Virtual Sprout, your mission is to develop top-of-funnel pipeline by engaging outbound prospects, qualifying leads, and securing bookings for briefings and FTAs. You’ll be a key player in our growth engine, building relationships and ensuring prospects understand the full value of what Virtual Sprout offers.
What You'll Do-Outbound prospecting to targeted businesses in regulated industries
-Execute outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified leads
-Schedule briefing registrants and FTAs for senior sales reps
-Manage and maintain leads within HubSpot
-Use the MonsterConnect dialer for high-volume calling and outreach
-Attend daily team meetings and coaching sessions
-Meet or exceed KPIs including meetings booked and conversions to SQLs
What We’re Looking For-1–2 years of experience in B2B sales
-Experience or familiarity with MSP/infrastructure/tech services is a plus
-Cold calling experience is strongly preferred, but not required if you’re highly motivated
-Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
-Most importantly, someone who's dynamic, coachable, and persistent
-US and UK based preferred
