The Team

We are a fast-paced, rapid-growth start-up disrupting the data industry. Success on our sales development team hinges on a propensity for action and productive collaboration with sales and marketing teams. We guarantee a two-way relationship where we invest in your success, enabling continued growth of the sales development organization.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Absorb the sales development playbook and start contacting new prospects within 10 days of start date.
  • Become a trusted member of the sales team while collaborating with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and other teams.
  • Work with the sales team to optimize strategic sales approaches.
  • Provide insights to marketing to ensure high conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Conduct account development using email, phone, and social touches with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
  • Develop expertise in data observability, understanding the needs of data teams, and engaging decision-makers such as VPs of Engineering, Directors of Analytics, and Data Architects.
  • Use lead generation tools to extract contacts and create targeted prospect lists.
  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information using HubSpot and other tools.
What You Bring
  • 1-2 years experience in outbound sales or business development.
  • Experience selling technology and/or software.
  • Ability to learn and articulate complex subject matter.
  • Strong investigation and research skills.
  • Storytelling ability.
  • Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Highly organized with good time management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal guidance.
  • Bias to action, hustle, proactivity, and persistence.

Compensation
  • Salary range: $60,000-$70,000, depending on location.
