As a Sales Development Representative at AirGarage, you are the lifeblood of the company’s growth. Your ability to take a creative, consultative approach with potential customers—whether mom-and-pop parking lot owners or large asset owners—is crucial. Your role is to excite prospects about our mission and the value we bring, and to get them interested in speaking with our expert team.

To succeed, you need to be comfortable with:

  • Cold calling daily
  • Heavy account and persona research
  • Personalized email outreach
  • Continuous self-improvement

THE ROLE

We seek a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, working closely with leadership and fellow SDRs. You will qualify leads, reach out via calls and emails, engage potential customers, and book discovery calls for our Account Executives. We support your growth with coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities. We value coachability, grit, a growth mindset, and a strong work ethic. Passion for our mission and willingness to improve daily are key.

What You Will Do

  • Research targeted accounts and identify opportunities
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless handoffs
  • Use tools like Reonomy, Crexi, and Zoominfo for research
  • Provide feedback to improve processes
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
