The Role

This is a rare chance to join one of the most exciting early-stage startups in the AI space. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in fuelling the company’s next stage of growth.

Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, reaching out to prospective customers, and helping build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.

This role is perfect for someone hungry to learn, grow, and become a key player in a company transforming how GenAI products are built.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and reach out to key decision-makers at high-potential companies
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and email outreach
• Collaborate with Account Executives to pass qualified opportunities and drive pipeline growth
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on key activity metrics
• Represent the company’s brand and voice across all prospect interactions
• Learn from a world-class team and build your career path in tech sales

Ideal Candidate:

• 6+ months of experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’re not afraid to pick up the phone
• Highly organised, coachable, and driven to succeed
• Interest in GenAI, developer tools, or cutting-edge technology
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco - this role requires 4/5 days a week in the office
