Role Overview

As part of our growth, we are hiring Sales Development Representatives for our Brand Partnerships team. Your role will involve generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. We seek individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a successful sales track record.

Team Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, managing all sales cycle aspects.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities.
  • Create sales collateral, case studies, and tailored stories to showcase the benefits of Instacart's platform.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Use SFDC and sales engagement tools to prioritize leads and engage brands.
  • Maintain accurate contact mapping and track contact movements.
  • Engage active advertisers to increase investments, leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Standardize materials and processes to support scale.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience through strong project management and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with product teams on product improvements for ad scaling.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of advertising industry and CPG advertising.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce.
Compensation and Benefits

This role is remote, with compensation dependent on location, and includes a Sales Incentive Plan. Review our remote work policy and benefits offerings on our website. Base salary ranges vary by state, e.g., $46,000–$62,000 USD depending on location.
