We’re seeking top-performing sales development representatives at Lightyear. This remote role involves working closely with our VP of Sales and Head of Revenue Enablement to build, execute, and refine our outbound customer acquisition strategies. You will learn about our ideal customer profile, contact prospects, generate excitement, and initiate sales through outbound and inbound channels. You’ll be a core member of our sales team with potential for significant upward mobility. We value candidates who are passionate about building and closing big deals.
This position is full-time, remote, salaried, with an estimated total compensation of $90k-$95k, depending on experience.
