The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand the reach of our Bitcoin-focused ecosystem by building qualified pipeline for our sales team. As the first touchpoint for many prospective partners, you’ll be responsible for nurturing inbound interest and executing smart outbound strategies to engage potential clients across our media, events, and enterprise products. You’ll help drive education and adoption of Bitcoin by introducing decision-makers to our portfolio of products and services, from premier conferences and marketing channels to our Bitcoin for Corporations alliance. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces continuous learning, and wants to help accelerate hyperbitcoinization by driving revenue and relationships from the ground up.
You’ll Be Doing
- Research and target potential clients to create targeted outbound strategies.
- Contact prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and set up meetings.
- Qualify leads and assess the potential for business opportunities.
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events.
- Maintain a timely and professional response cadence to nurture leads through the buyer’s journey.
- Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant information for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
- Track and manage prospect interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about Bitcoin trends and market developments to communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Target Achievement :
- Meet and exceed set targets for lead generation and sales meetings.
- Design conversation templates and talk tracks that drive successful outcomes.
- High energy, proactive, go-getter mentality and personality with a passion for sales
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency space is a plus.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Track and report on marketing performance, providing regular updates to the entire team.

- Identify target companies for sales opportunities
- Begin qualifying prospects and handling discovery calls/emails
- Skillfully handle common objections and reinforce our value proposition and messaging
3 Months
- Be fully ramped and hit or exceed the quota
- Develop a pipe/funnel for our sales team
- Attend weekly 1:1’s with your manager to continue developing your career
12 months
- Continually hit or exceed quota
- Mentor and support incoming SDRs
- Align on career development opportunities within the organization
