The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Aldevron is responsible for lead generation and driving new customer engagement alongside the commercial team.

This position is part of the commercial team located in the United States and will be fully remote. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and servicewith the ideal operating environment to lay the groundworkfor vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the inside sales team and report to the inside sales manager responsible for driving new customer engagement and growing the size of our customer base.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Dedicate 90% of time prospecting to prospective clients, using channels such as cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Drive engagement with new customers unfamiliar with Aldevron and set discovery meetings for the field sales team
  • Create quality leads that drive opportunity value creation in our target market

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or telemarketing

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Fluent in Spanish and/or French
  • Demonstrated success meeting KPI phone metrics (cold calling, quotas, lead generation, ect)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a biological field

The hourly range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
