Are you passionate about life sciences and eager to break into the world of technical sales? As a Sales Development Representative at Cytek, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and nurturing potential customers, shaping the future of our SDR function, and fueling the success of our sales team. This is more than just a lead generation role. It’s an opportunity to develop sales expertise, build strong industry connections, and pave your way toward a future as a Technical Sales Representative.

What You’ll Do

Qualify and engage inbound leads, guiding them toward the right solutions.
Develop outbound strategies to identify and connect with new prospects.
Nurture cold leads, keeping them informed and interested in Cytek’s innovations.
Research potential customers and key decision-makers to support the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
Track engagement and pipeline metrics to optimize sales efforts.
Help shape the SDR role by developing best practices and sales tools.
Set up key meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

A bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
Experience or exposure to flow cytometry (spectral flow cytometry is a plus).
A passion for sales and innovative life science technologies.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Organization and multitasking skills to manage multiple leads and priorities.
Bonus: Experience in sales development, Salesforce, or NetSuite.
