We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound outreach, generate qualified leads, and book appointments that fill our sales pipeline.

This is a remote position. Fluent spoken English is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 100+ outbound calls and email/social touches per day
  • Book meetings and build a qualified, high-quality lead pipeline
  • Log and track all activities in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Follow up promptly and move leads through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging and outreach
  • Work flexible hours as needed to reach prospects across different time zones (primarily U.S., with some international)

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound SDR experience (required)
  • Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus, but not required
  • Proven success in cold calling and lead generation
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • A hunter mentality with a drive to hit and exceed targets
  • Must have your own computer, headset, and reliable internet
