Job summary

Flex Technology Group seeks a driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in the Production Print market. You will identify targeted accounts, conduct discovery calls, and build a strong pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Sales Development or related roles with strong communication skills and a passion for consultative B2B selling. Base salary is $45k–$55k with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation (technology sales preferred)
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and meet/exceed activity goals
• Strong interest in consultative B2B sales and solution selling
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage targeted accounts within the Production Print market
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer needs, workflows, and print environments
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
• Qualify opportunities and document key requirements for Sales teams
• Support site surveys, data gathering, and early-stage business analysis
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Production Specialists to transition qualified opportunities
• Educate prospects on industry trends and best practices
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility
