Job summary

FlexTG is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel our Managed Print business. You will identify target accounts, perform discovery calls, and build a strong pipeline to drive growth across production hardware, software, and workflow solutions.

This is a high-visibility role with leadership exposure and clear pathways into senior sales roles. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales development or related fields, strong communication, and a proactive, coachable mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation (technology sales preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and meet/exceed activity goals.
• Strong interest in consultative B2B sales and solution selling.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

• Maintain accurate CRM updates, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility.
