Job summary

FlexTG, a nationwide brand-neutral leader in managed print services, is hiring a Sales Development Representative in California. The role focuses on identifying target accounts, conducting discovery calls, and building a robust sales pipeline for production print solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, BDR, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation (tech sales preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and meet activity goals.
• Strong interest in consultative B2B sales and solution selling.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage targeted accounts within the Production Print market.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
• Qualify opportunities and document key requirements for Sales teams.
• Support site surveys, data gathering, and early-stage business analysis.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and Production Specialists to transition qualified opportunities.
• Educate prospects on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, activity tracking, and pipeline visibility.
