Job summary

Actalent in Quincy, MA is seeking a motivated Sales Development Rep to help advance the careers of engineers and scientists. You will build trusted relationships with our network of clients and partners, identify target accounts, and drive new business opportunities for the Actalent and Aston Carter brands.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program, develop product and market knowledge, and work with recruiting teams to align client needs with top talent while pursuing

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (to include sales major/clubs/internships).
• Strong desire for a career in Business-to-Business/relationship-based sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of character and professionalism.
• Strong propensity to learn as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory.
• Establish and adjust target account lists using internal and external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships using CRMs and networking tools.
• Conduct well-prepared face to face meetings with decision makers; qualify opportunities and create value for clients.
• Increase sales and market share by managing assigned and new accounts.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants.
