Job summary

Human Interest is seeking an SDR in Lindon, Utah to be the first point of contact for SMB prospects. You will identify, educate, and qualify leads, guiding them toward our modern 401(k) solution and expanding our customer base.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, maintain CRM records, and continuously refine strategies to drive growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach or similar).
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or SMB solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential small business customers via cold calling, email, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure market fit.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of 401(k) for SMBs.
• Manage and prioritize high volumes of leads in CRM; maintain timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, growth, and revenue teams to optimize lead generation.
