Job summary

Archy is seeking a Sales Development Manager to scale our onsite SDR team and drive outbound growth for our cloud-based dental practice management platform. You will hire, train, and mentor a distributed team of remote SDRs while partnering with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine messaging and cadences.

You will lead coaching, establish KPIs, and optimize playbooks in a fast-growing early-stage SaaS startup.

Qualifications

2+ years of managerial experience leading SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to coach reps across performance levels and run structured development plans.
Background in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and modern tech stacks.
Experience improving sales frameworks and playbooks for higher output.
Based in the US with a remote-friendly setup for distributed leadership.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools.
Startup environment experience with a growth mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a nationwide team of remote SDRs with 1:1s, calls, and roleplays.
Own SDR profile, playbooks, and cadences; continuously optimize outreach and efficiency.
Drive outbound strategy and pipeline targets through calls, email cadences, and campaign follow-ups.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership on ICPs, messaging, and lead routing.
Leverage AI tools and CRM platforms to optimize prospecting workflows and speed.
Track daily/weekly/monthly activity and KPI trends; forecast pipeline contributions.
Foster a high-energy, accountable remote culture with regular huddles and coaching.
