Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and performance.

  Position Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will sell customer plans, specific picture of success, and pricing plans that include annual customer marketing agreements and promotional plans that align with our retail customers ’ objectives

• This role will support customers in reaching sales potential on company products by proposing appropriate brands , packages, and equipment solutions as well as leverage national and local marketing initiatives with the customers

• You will d evelop a customer business plan and customer specific strategic plans addressing the critical needs of the channel while delivering coke system budgeted profit and volume and generating desired results for the company

• You will t rack daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and performance measurements to observ e the success levels of promotions to make a n y necessary changes for improvement

• You will also m anage time and territory travel proactively when hosting customer events to maintain regular interaction with store level and district manager leaders

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience
