Job summary

Tractor Zoom is seeking a motivated intern to develop and execute strategies for generating dealer listings. You will build relationships with prospects, learn to qualify needs, and collaborate with Account Executives to grow the sales pipeline.

The internship is 12 weeks (May–August), paid hourly, based at our West Des Moines, IA office with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Housing assistance is required.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor's in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field.
• Interest in learning sales skills including cold calling, lead generation and qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives; accountable, competitive and motivated to generate new leads.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, outbound prospecting and online research.
• Work directly with Account Executives to develop sales pipeline.
• Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them.
• Maintain and update our CRM system (Salesforce).
