Job summary

The internship features a flexible, hybrid schedule but is expected to be completed in person, with paid housing in Dubuque for the summer and expenses paid for travel when meeting clients.

Qualifications

• Education: Working towards a BA or BS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take on challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and train with our sales and support staff to gain industry insights.
• Complete insurance applications, build proposals, and implement client service plans.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with hybrid work options, internship completed in person.
• Travel with our producers to meet clients, all expenses paid.
• Intern will receive paid housing in Dubuque for the summer.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing high-quality service.
