EF Education First in Cambridge, MA is offering a cooperative Education co-op on our Sales Development team. You’ll be the first contact for new leads, qualify interest, and guide prospective host families to the next step—webinar, a conversation with a program consultant, or starting in the Host Family portal.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates with strong communication, rapport-building, and the ability to manage a high volume of conversations.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled.
• Excellent communication via phone, text, and email.
• Comfortable building rapport with new people.
• Able to follow qualification criteria and document it.

Aufgaben

• Discovery & Curiosity: Ask thoughtful questions to understand each lead’s situation, timeline, and interest.
• Qualification: Assess fit and readiness based on clear qualification criteria.
• Lead nurture: Maintain momentum with calls, texts, and emails.
• Follow Up: Ensure clear next steps and access to resources; collaborate across teams.
• System discipline: Track activity and outcomes in our systems.
• High-volume outreach: Call and follow up with a high volume of customer inbound leads.
