Job summary

InterEx Group in Miami is seeking ambitious individuals for a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. You will manage both sides of the recruitment process, build relationships with technology professionals and win business from companies looking to hire.

No prior recruitment experience or tech background is required; we’ll teach you recruitment, sales and technology from day one. You’ll develop your own desk and book of business while earning uncapped commissions from day one.

• You’ll need to be competitive, confident, resilient, coachable and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Manage both sides of the recruitment process, building relationships with technology professionals and winning business from companies looking to hire.
• Phone-based sales, relationship building and business development.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, CRM and other tools; build and maintain your network.
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and clients; match contractors to opportunities.
• Handle the recruitment process from initial conversation to placement and follow-up.
