Job summary

Canteen North America in Charlotte, NC is seeking an entry-level sales support specialist to assist Regional Sales Directors with generating leads and developing prospects, while learning the full sales process.

You will work under the Sales RVP, supporting bids and proposals, with a path to a Regional Sales Director role, and a compensation package that includes base salary plus commissions, 401k, a company vehicle, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or business-related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develops leads and supports Regional Sales Directors.
• Identify new business opportunities across multiple verticals.
• Execute strategic prospecting and tailor messages for buyers.
• Use CRM to track activity and milestones and collaborate with Sales RVP.
• Support bids, proposals, and contracts as part of the sales process.
