Qualifications

• Entry-level sales experience through internships, civic or community organizations, or other work experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain relationships with placed consultants throughout employment lifecycle.
• Pre-qualify IT professionals by phone using warm leads and cold-calling.
• Develop staffing strategies to identify qualified candidates and potential clients.
• Evaluate candidates against client requirements and negotiate terms.
