Qualifications

• Entry-level sales experience through internships, civic or community programs, or other work.
• Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and candidates to determine their needs.
• Shadow sales team activities and role-play with leadership to learn strategies.
• Partner with Account Managers to expand your client base through networking and cold calls.
• Develop relationships with clients and consultants through meetings in and out of the office.
• Evaluate candidates against client requirements to qualify for job orders.
• Maintain regular communication with placed consultants and job seekers to grow the network.
