We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our New York Sales team! Top candidates should be highly motivated, competitive, eager to make calls, willing to learn, and ready to earn. Responsibilities
  1. Acquire new clients from the MMP database
  2. Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses
  3. Use sales strategies to close deals
  4. Develop expertise across your designated industries
  5. Update and track your tasks daily
  6. Transition from prospecting clients to pitching, closing, and funding deals independently
  7. Maintain a positive attitude and support coworkers
  8. Work diligently, stay coachable, and keep a positive outlook
  9. Play to win and have fun!
Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Equipment Finance
  • Business-to-Business Inside Sales
  • Salesforce or other CRM knowledge
Requirements
  • Desire and ability to learn
  • Strong phone presence and comfort with cold calling
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent
  • Proficient with technology

Note: This position is in-office, Monday through Friday. We offer a base salary of $51,000 plus commission. Expected first-year total income ranges from $100,000 to $145,000 based on performance. Year two can range from $175,000 to $250,000, and Year three from $250,000 to $350,000.

MMP Capital specializes in equipment finance for small business owners, aiming to finance over $400 million this year. We are expanding and looking for new team members.
