We are seeking a Director of Sales Development (SDR) - North America to join our sales development organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a second-line manager eager to advance their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

You will play a critical role in shaping the corporate sales strategy, supporting the sales organization with a healthy inbound and outbound pipeline to meet regional objectives.

Reporting Relationships:
  • The role reports to the VP of Global Sales Development.
Direct Reports:
  • SDR Managers and SDR teams in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and scale a growing team of SDR Managers and SDRs, focusing on organizational growth.
  2. Coach and develop managers, collaborate on demand generation, and support regional sales targets and recruitment efforts.
  3. Ensure rigorous sales execution, accurate forecasting, and transparency.
  4. Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing talent through impactful coaching and growth opportunities.
  5. Inspire and motivate teams via effective management, creative incentives, and result sharing.
  6. Create scalable, data-driven processes and playbooks to achieve and surpass pipeline and revenue goals, emphasizing customer experience.
  7. Participate in regional projects to foster innovation and maintain agile processes.
All About You:
  • 5+ years leading an SDR team of 30+ members, including direct managers.
  • Proven success in achieving pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Experience in process development and building scalable playbooks.
  • Experience in scaling and leading teams with inbound and outbound responsibilities, with a focus on culture and results.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to implement aligned solutions.
  • Collaborative approach and adeptness at navigating change and aligning teams.
