Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking motivated sales professionals in Northwest NJ to drive residential design sales. You will visit pre-set appointments, understand customer organizational needs, and present tailored closet and home organization solutions. Training and marketing materials are provided, with strong manager support and a flexible schedule.

This role offers full commission-based pay with the potential to advance, and opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment near your home.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Outside sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Pay Type

Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
