Closets By Design is hiring designers/sales representatives. You can help people organize their home and enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments near your home and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

This franchise offers a flexible schedule with full-time and part-time opportunities. Earn a commission and bonuses, with pay between $40,000 and $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.

Opportunity to Earn $3000 - $5500+ in commission and bonuses per month average in FIRST YEAR. Experienced designers can earn $60-120k per year.
