Job summary

Closets By Design is seeking designers/sales representatives who can help clients organize their homes. You will travel to local appointments, meet with potential and existing customers, and present tailored closet solutions.

The role offers a flexible schedule, full or part-time opportunities, and a strong commission/bonus structure. Ideal candidates have excellent people skills, are outgoing and creative, with reliable transportation and the ability to work independently while meeting targets

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments close to home to meet with potential and current customers.
• Sell closet designs and solutions to clients in a consultative manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with management and marketing to close deals and drive revenue.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy a flexible schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month
