Job summary

California Closets Nashville seeks a Sales & Design Manager to lead a team of 10 Design Consultants, driving revenue, growth, and exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach, mentor, and analyze performance to convert data into actionable improvements, shaping sales processes and strategy across the business.

This hands-on role also involves CRM management, collaboration with Operations, and active community engagement to strengthen local presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant sales experience with leadership.
• Ability to read and interpret P&L statements and use financial results to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM reporting and spreadsheets.
• Experience in cabinetry, custom closets, or related industry.
• CAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance, sales reporting, and day-to-day administration using data to meet goals.
• Coach, develop, and support Design Consultants through monthly goals and reviews.
• Analyze lead sources to improve conversion and drive sales growth.
• Translate sales trends into targeted coaching and improvement plans.
• Review sales and financial results with GM and adjust priorities.
