Job summary

Closets by Design in New Jersey is seeking a dynamic designer-sales consultant to travel to appointments and help homeowners organize spaces. You’ll work with pre-set leads, complete sales and design training, and earn commission/bonuses with no cold calling.

Must reside in NJ within 30–40 miles of posting; Driver's license required; flexible full-time or part-time roles with support from a team of managers and strong marketing materials.

• Begin the sales route with appointments (pre-set leads and marketing materials provided).

• Follow Sales Training and use consultative sales approaches for residential clients.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

A Day In The Life:

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).

• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Pay Type:

Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
