Closets By Design is seeking a design/sales professional to meet with homeowners across New Jersey on a flexible schedule. The role involves traveling to local appointments, presenting design options, and closing sales with pre-set leads and comprehensive training provided.

No experience is necessary, with strong support from managers and marketing materials. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, a commission-based compensation plan, and opportunities to earn bonuses based

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

Required:

• Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Must reside in NJ, within a 30-40-mile radius of where job posting is advertised

A Day In The Life:

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Pay Type: Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
