Job summary

Closets by Design NW New Jersey is seeking energetic design consultants to help clients organize their homes. You will travel to appointments close to your home, meet with potential and current customers, and showcase our custom closet solutions.

No prior experience is required as full sales and design training is provided, with pre-set appointments to support your success. This role offers a full-commission/bonus sales environment with flexible full- or part-time schedules, strong marketing

Qualifications

• Must reside in NJ within a 30–40 mile radius of where job posting is advertised.
• Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• No experience required – comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (lead materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for closet systems.
• Educate customers on products and services offered.
• Follow sales training and use consultative sales skills to close deals.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

A Day In The Life:

Pay Type: Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
