Job summary

Closets by Design NW New Jersey is seeking a personable designer/sales professional to join our traveling design consultations. You will meet homeowners, assess spaces, and present custom closet solutions built on a proven training program.

Expect a commission-based compensation structure with preset appointments, full sales and design training, and strong marketing support. Candidates should have excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills and a valid NJ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Must reside in NJ within a 30–40 mile radius of where job posting is advertised.
• Outside sales experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiating, planning and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

Pay Type: Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
