Job summary

Closets by Design NW New Jersey is seeking dynamic designers to meet with homeowners, assess organizational needs, and present custom storage solutions. You will travel to local appointments and work with pre-set leads; no cold calling is required.

We provide comprehensive sales and design training, marketing support, and a flexible schedule with full-time and part-time opportunities. Earn commission and bonuses based on performance while helping customers transform their spaces.

Qualifications

• Must reside in NJ within a 30–40 mile radius of the posting area.
• Driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

• We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more.

Pay Type: Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
