Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking energetic sales designers to join our NJ team. You will travel to residential appointments, assess client storage needs, and present design solutions.

No experience is required as training is provided; work full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule and a generous commission/bonus plan.

We provide pre-set appointments, marketing materials, and strong team support to help you maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Must reside in NJ within 30–40 mile radius of posting.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with a full commission/bonus sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with provided appointments.
• Build rapport to identify customers’ organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

A Day In The Life:

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Pay Type:

Commission Only

Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:

$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
