Job summary

Closets by Design – Chicago North is seeking a Sales Designer to help clients transform their living spaces with custom organizational solutions. You will meet with customers, assess their storage needs, and guide them from consultation through installation, using pre-set appointments and ongoing mentorship from the team.

The role offers full-time, hybrid work with a flexible schedule and a clear path to leadership, including the potential to become a Lead Sales Designer.

• Strong communication skills.

• In-home sales is preferred.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads provided).
• Build rapport to understand client needs and assess opportunities.
• Walk through the home to identify organizational opportunities.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to close sales.

Compensation: Full Time $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
