Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative to help customers organize their homes. The role includes pre-set appointments, sales and design training, and a flexible hybrid schedule.

No prior degree or sales experience is required; candidates should be coachable and ready to complete a 16-week paid training program while enjoying the opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales Designer with potential pay/bonus increases.

• Seeking coachable candidates with a growth mindset.
• Reliable transportation or commuting ability preferred.
