Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative in New Jersey. You will meet with potential and existing customers at appointments close to your home, helping them organize their space with creative closet solutions.

The role offers a flexible schedule with full-time and part-time opportunities, pre-set appointments, and strong marketing support to drive sales. Expect commission/bonuses based on performance.

Are you a “people person?” Are you creative, with good communication skills and like helping people? Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy a flexible schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Outside sales experience.

• Must reside in NJ, within a ~30 mile radius of where job posting is advertised
