Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who can help clients organize their homes. As a designer, you meet clients at their homes for pre-set appointments near you, with the flexibility of working from home.

No experience is required as complete sales and design training is provided. We design and install custom closets and organize spaces, with opportunities to grow into a Senior Sales Designer.

Qualifications

• No degree or sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates with growth mindset and willingness to complete paid sales training.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and storage challenges.
• Design custom closets and organizational solutions.
• Present concepts, layouts, finishes, and pricing clearly.
• Prepare measurements, quotes, and proposals.
