Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking designers/sales representatives in Germantown, MD to help customers organize their homes. You will meet clients at their homes, design custom closets, and present layouts with pricing for approval.

No prior experience is required; we provide complete sales and design training and offer a hybrid remote schedule with flexibility. This role offers growth opportunities, including a direct track to a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increases.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs, style preferences, and storage challenges.
• Design custom closets and other organizational solutions.
• Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients clearly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
