Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking Designers/Sales Representatives to help customers organize their homes. This role offers flexible work from home options, with pre-set appointments close to your home and comprehensive sales and design training, no prior experience required.

You’ll work through a hybrid remote schedule, build rapport with clients, and learn our products while supporting homeowners in creating organized spaces. A strong people person with good communication will thrive.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
