Job summary

Closets by Design Boston is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. The role offers a hybrid remote setup with pre-set appointments and a comprehensive 13-week paid sales training program, even for candidates without prior sales experience.

You will be trained in sales and design, receive ongoing mentorship, and have opportunities to advance to a Senior Sales Designer role with potential pay/bonus increases.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
