Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking Designers/Sales Representatives in a hybrid remote role. You’ll help clients organize their homes, attend pre-set appointments near your location, and receive comprehensive sales and design training with no prior experience required.

Enjoy the flexibility of working from home, mentor-led development, and a clear path to advancement. You’ll collaborate with a supportive Sales Manager in a growth-focused environment that values customer service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
