Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative to work from home, meeting clients at pre-set appointments near their home. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will design custom closets and organizational solutions, present concepts and pricing, and follow up to maintain strong client relationships. We offer a hybrid remote position with flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company, including a direct track

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates encouraged to apply.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs, style preferences, and storage challenges.
• Design custom closets and other organizational solutions.
• Present design concepts, layouts, finish options, and pricing to clients clearly.
• Prepare accurate measurements, quotes, and proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.

As a Closets by Design Designer, you can help others organize their homes. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also meet with customers at their homes, at pre-set appointments close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
