Job summary

Closets by Design Boston is seeking designers/sales representatives who are people-oriented, creative, and have strong communication skills. You can help clients organize their homes and enjoy the flexibility of working from home with complete sales and design training, even with no prior experience.

We offer a direct track to Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increases, a hybrid remote schedule, a 13-week paid sales training, pre-set appointments, retirement benefits, and ongoing mentorship

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
