Responsibilities

• Work with the team to keep the salesfloor ready and merchandised throughout the day.
• Assist customers at the register across in-store, online and mobile platforms using a POS system.
• Greet and assist customers in fitting rooms and return clothing to the floor.
• Keep stockrooms organized and merchandise correctly ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and adhere to standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other initiatives.
