Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. seeks a Nordstrom Rack team member in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers, keep the salesfloor runway ready, and support stockrooms through merchandising and housekeeping tasks.

The role requires clear communication, reliability, and flexibility. You will operate the POS, assist with fitting rooms, and uphold protection standards while promoting Nordstrom Rewards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers at the register with transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms (POS).
• Support fitting rooms by greeting, assisting, and returning clothing to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience by organizing merchandise.
• Keep stockrooms organized and merchandise checked in and properly ticketed.
• Demonstrate expertise with store technologies and adhere to operational standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program.
